Committed to enhancing your quality of life with daily Physiotherapy & Vibrotherapy
About Prosalud Company
We believe in providing lifelong benefits to your Health & Wellbeing. Your own, portable 24-7 Physiotherapist.
For many years, physiotherapy was exclusively associated with rehabilitation after trauma or surgery. However, its scope has evolved significantly in recent times. Today, physiotherapy is no longer limited to recovery alone, but has become a vital tool for improving overall quality of life. Its benefits extend beyond rehabilitation, playing a proactive role in preventing physical issues and maintaining general wellbeing.
At Prosalud Company, we firmly believe that prevention is the best form of medicine. Regular therapeutic vibrotherapy massages, for instance, are an excellent way to promote a healthy lifestyle, especially in an age where excessive use of electronic devices and poor postural habits, such as cervical strain, are having a detrimental impact on our health. Additionally, many people subject their bodies to inappropriate physical strain, whether at work or in everyday activities like lifting heavy objects or lifting children.
It has been scientifically proven that daily use of physiotherapy, through vibrotherapy, not only alleviates pain caused by improper exertion and poor postural habits, but also helps prevent a range of spinal issues. These poor postural habits can lead to frequent muscle contractures, restricting movement and hindering the ability to perform daily tasks. Furthermore, such improper posture may result in chronic spinal issues, including disc herniation, nerve impingements, and vertebral misalignments. Vibrotherapy, by enhancing circulation and stimulating deep tissues, acts preventively by helping to correct and mitigate the negative effects of these postures before they develop into chronic issues.
The regular use of physiotherapy and vibrotherapy not only addresses these problems but also plays a crucial role in improving physical health and general wellbeing. This comprehensive approach not only alleviates discomfort but also optimises bodily functions, promoting a more balanced and healthy life.

James H. (Office worker with muscle aches) - London, UK
“I spend long hours working at a desk, and while I don’t have any back problems, I often experience muscle aches in my lower back and shoulders. Since I started integrating daily vibrotherapy, the pain has significantly reduced. It’s become a daily routine for me, and I’ve found it much more cost-effective than booking private massage sessions. It’s definitely been a game changer!”
George B. (Veteran with chronic back pain) - Hampshire, UK
“As a grandfather, I’ve been suffering from chronic back pain due to arthritis and other spine conditions for years. I’ve noticed a huge improvement having done daily physio. What’s even better is that I no longer need to rely on anti-inflammatory medications that used to upset my stomach and cause side effects. The relief has been truly life-changing!”
Sophie R. (University student) - Cambridge, UK
“I spend hours studying and using electronic devices, which gives me terrible neck pain. Now I use vibrotherapy daily and do regular physiotherapy for further prevention of secondary issues, it has been amazing for relieving my tension and preventing the headaches I used to get.”
Scientifically proven: Effects of Whole-Body Vibration Therapy on Postural Control, Functionality, and Fatigue in Patients with Multiple Sclerosis: A Randomised Clinical Trial
This study, published in the journal Neurología, investigates how whole-body vibration (WBV) therapy can positively impact patients with multiple sclerosis (MS).
Study Summary:
• Objective: To evaluate the short-term effects of WBV on postural control, functionality, and fatigue in patients with MS.
• Methodology: A total of 34 patients with mild to moderate MS were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group. The experimental group underwent WBV sessions for five consecutive days, consisting of five daily periods of one minute at a frequency of 6 Hz. Pre- and post-intervention evaluations were conducted using assessments such as the Sensory Organisation Test (SOT), the Motor Control Test (MCT), the Timed Up and Go test, the Berg Balance Scale, the 10-metre walk test, and the Krupp Fatigue Severity Scale.
Results:
-
The experimental group showed significant improvements in specific SOT conditions and MCT latency. Notably, there was a reduction in reaction time for regaining vertical posture in response to destabilising stimuli. No adverse effects were reported from the intervention.
Conclusion:
-
WBV therapy improved short-term reaction times to postural disturbances, suggesting its potential as a therapeutic tool for maintaining postural control and balance in patients with MS.
